Learn to Row at Row Paddle
Our specialty is teaching new rowers.
Learn-to-Row classes are a series of 3 consecutive Saturday sessions - 8:30-10:00 a.m., taught in our training rowing shells. Classes include learning the rowing stroke and navigation -there's also a free row following the 3 sessions. The ability to swim is a prerequisite. Class Fee: $99 per person or our special of 2-person $175 Buddy & Me rate which is the best deal in town.

Haven't been in a boat since college but want to get back into rowing? You're not alone. We are happy to teach a refresher rowing session as part of joining our rowing club.
Rowing Club Membership - Row Year-Round --- 6-months= $99 and 12-months = $159. Our class graduates get a discount on the 6-month membership, so ask for details.

Saturday October 30, 2010 - Town Lake/Lady Bird Lake, Austin. Biggest race in the Southwest, including all the big and small crew boats, universities, masters level as well as kayaks and standup paddleboard competion. Visit www.austinrowing.org for details.
